Extremely rude and transphobic. Kept mentioning my gender identity and not what he was calling about. Absolutely disgusting, left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.
Automated message saying I was being investigated by HMRC for fraud, got transferred to an East Asian voice saying “HRMC how can I help you?” who hung up immediately when I said “I don’t know. You called me.”

They are using a stolen name of a registered company which they do not own and are infringing on a UK trademarked name which they also do not own.
