I received a text from an unknown number: 03339997263, in the name of Erudio. I looked to see If this number was in a legitimate Erudio email I had already received, (as I have an account with the company) and their number is 03339997288 not 03339997263.

Have never been in contact with Safestyle, only Amber Windows - which to me suggests they ve sold my details on to Safestyle. Scummy tactic, and certainly will never do business with either company.

Person claimed to be from BT, said they had detected a problem on my router. He tried the tired old method of telling me my "unique security number" and leading me through a procedure on my computer that would show me the same magic number on the screen.
