caller claimed to be from microsoft, when asked to prove identity he became extremely abusive using foul and intimidating language.

Keep getting calls from this number.

Asked for me by my first name which I challenged as he did not know me and he went on to say it was a follow up call regarding an accident I d had in the last three years. Have blocked the call. This is the second call like this from a local number...I m guessing this is a new tactic.

This company?s number shows up on caller ID but when you call back it says number not recognised. When I did answer to them they said they were checking that we were not getting any nuisance calls, I said we were not until they called and then they hung up.

When I answer this call there is a long silence then a female voice says"goodbye" nothing else.

Do yourself a favour, block this number. They try to get access to your pension (if you have one) and scam money out of you. What ever you do, do not deal with these people. Look online, its a well known scam company!

I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! He told me he had received my file, and that I had some unsecured debts...I said OK. He asked me to confirm how much my unsecured debts are, I said you should know, you have my file. He then said your file says you have in the region of £5000 of debt is that correct. I said no and you have called me before and I ve asked you to stop- then he hung up...very rude!

Went dead as soon as I answered but this sounds like the same thing as reported on the media with Indian (or Indian subcontinent) scammers pretending to be from spoofing the number of an innocent guy in Wigan who has nothing to do with it.

These people repeatedly call phishing for information stating that they are calling about a car accident. Maybe some poor souls they call talk about an accident they may/ may not have had and pass on personal details. It appears to be a scam and the only way to avoid them calling is to block their number. They called my number >10 times over past 6 months and have never taken it off their system. FYI I was never in a car accident.

I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.

Called at 14.15 on a SUNDAY, 15 February.
