Just had a call from this number. A man called Daniel started to waffle about interest and stuff, I asked whether this was about PPI? He said it was about insurance and the interest and carried on talking about it, I asked him once again whether it was PPI. He admitted it was, I said I didn t have any, and he (rather arse-ily) said "Well, how would you know!? It s embedded in the insurance!" I said "Because I ve never had a mortgage, I ve never had a credit card and I ve never had a loan" He hung up.

This happened to me. Someone called and basically said what other callers have said. Said they were from Assured Insurance and that I d had an accident. I asked them when this was and they said in the last two and a half years . Asked them exactly when and they hung up!!

When I first answered phone, extremely loud background noise (sounded like a railway station). Indian accented mail asked for Mrs ***. When I asked what it was about he said it was about my internet connection. I started to tell him I had no problems with my internet connection, but he hung up before I finished the sentence! Knew he was rumbled I suspect.

I had a call this morning saying a Tax Fraud case had been registered under my name. It was a voicemail and I had to press one to speak to an agent. I didn't.
Stay Clear of them, they are a RIGHT HASSLE, if you have to deal with them, try and record the conversation, and TELL them you are recording THEM.. Ask for their transcript in writing after any conversation.

+442039233305 called me 8.9.20 at 12.19 hours. This was a bad computer recorded voice message on a loop, calling themselves Linda, talking about tax avoidance, suggesting I had been doing this. Unfortunately for them I know exactly how much tax I pay and it is already a lot so there is no tax avoidance going on here and we all know the tax office don't call you like this anyway. This is clearly a scam. I hung up after a several seconds because I didn't trust it at all.

Mostly call and hang up, but occasionally bug you about PPI. Avoid.
