When I explained they were not in and asked if I could take a message, the caller sounded annoyed that the person he called for was not in, and then HE HUNG UP. . Cold caller? Telemarketer? Our local Police advised us not to answer the phone if we do not recognise the number. This caller has called me at least 8 times in the last two days and doesn't leave a message on the answerphone.
Received a call from this number but when I answered no-one responded. Suspect a call centre ringing many numbers at once and not being able to respond.
SCAM. An American voice recording said it was to confirm my Amazon order for £398 had been charged to my card, presumably to get me to call back on a premium mobile number.
This number has called me for many days, twice a day on my mobile and sometimes on my landline. I have never picked up and they dont leave a message

An automated call stating it is from TAXES / HMRC, directing me to speak to an officer re unpaid taxes??? not sure if this is a scam, but i do not have any unpaid taxes so more than likely to be a scam.
