Caller was rude and the carer reported the incident and I got a call from her manager saying I made her answer the call and the carer was upset. They ve now stopped coming and I ve been in hospital as a result of these scam callers. Why doesn t the usless government do something about them!!!

I asked her to repeat it twice and then tolf her it was clearly a scam call and put the phone down. I am registered with TPS and my phone is XD and this firm which purtporst to be calling from Sheffield is clearly breaking cold calling regulations and are a plain nuisance
