Had a call from them a few weeks ago after i filled in one of those cards after my holiday to spain, they were offering £15 M&s vouchers for a sleep survey, was not interested and asked to be put on their do not call list. lady who called said no problem, and have had no calls since, at they do as they are asked!

I got a text from this number: 'EE: We have been unable to verify the details we have on your EE account. please login at: ...ee-co-uk-user1i.c o m... to verify your details.' a: That's a terrible attempt to fake an EE website (don't try and navigate it). b. I'm not even with EE.
Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

Rang 11 times yesterday. Called them back several time on Skype today (am working abroad and didn t take any of their calls). It s some agency of The Carphone Warehouse. Each time I press button 2 when it says do that to speak to an operator. Then after about 15 seconds of Chopin s "Minute Waltz" it says "Goodbye" and hangs up on me.

REALLY HALIFAX. IGNORE THE PEOPLE SAYING THIS IS A SCAM THEY ARE 100% WRONG. Turns out my emergency credit card had a fraudulent payment on it. I’ve never used the card so Halifax must have leaked my details, which is highly worrying. I was suspicious so I called the number on the back of my bank card to be safe but yes this is 100% Halifax’s fraud number.
