Fraud A scam - and a very convincing one too !! Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!

Keeps calling but no message left. On the few occasions I ve got to the phone in time, there is no-one there. Rings day and evening. Very annoying.I do not give this phone number out so no idea how they have got the number.
