SCAM This is a call centre saying it is a courtesy call due to an appliances warrantee expiring, on this instance it was a washing machine, so quite believable. They wanted £65 per year for another 3 years full cover. It sounded very genuine until she said that she wanted me to tell her the name and make of my appliance and i said that i was ok and didn't want to renew the warrantee as i'd had it for over 5 years, then they just hung up and the line went dead. Call from Hammonds Ford dealership advertising new car sales event. Relentless calling on both my landline and mobile. Eventually answered. Nice lady explained their promotion but I declined. As an existing customer of Hammonds Ford they obviously have my details, but I don t expect to be hounded to shit for some poxy new car event. #Cnuts :-(
