Caller says he / she is from Amazon and would like to auto renew prime subscription. Then asks you to turn on your computer and to allow them to connect. I kept them going for a while, then asked their name and a contact number - they hung up. It was an indian accent.

Asked for bank card details and security code to provide a refund. Never give you details out over the phone!

Fraud - Post Office scam. received from this number, the reported phishing scam described at this link https://www.newsshopper.co.uk/news/19056128.royal-mail-issues-scam-warning-uk-customers/ DO NOT CLICK THE MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER. It reports a parcel apparently needing £2.99 payment for unpaid postage that will be sent back if you do not comply. This is a PHISHING SCAM.
Telemarketing call from The Guardian newspaper -- ignoring TPS, what a surprise. Blocked the number, it s the only way to deal with these pests.
