This number called while I was out today. I rang it back later and got a message that it could not accept calls. My caller display indicated that it was an "international" number. Because it was clearly not from Liverpool, I set my call blocker against it. I note that it has subsequently rung again. My blocker rejected it.

This number belongs to a company called Intelling Ltd based at Wythenshawe (Manchester) and Belfast. An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. I receive calls from this number daily, two or three times a day at any time. I don t even remember when they started but it has got to the point now where I don t answer any calls on either my landline or mobile unless I know who is calling. I don t know who they are but assume if it was anyone or anything important they would leave a message.
