That number called me once trying to buy car of me and using rude language and been abusive on the phone. Everything he was saying was off and sounded drunk as well as not very clever. After that he called me and tried to sell me his car.

This is a scam from an aggressive Indian pretending to be from BT Open Reach. He hung up when challenged. The real BT say BT Open Reach/Zone is not customer facing and do not call people. If you have call blocking on your telephone you can block the last call by dialling 1572.
