This number is mostly rated as a scam call - pretending they are from Barlcays Bank, but in fact just trying to gain some account info from user. Can be some call centre working for them, but I doubt it...

They call to say that your pc/laptop is flagging to microsoft that you have corrupt files. They say your pc id is unique, and only microsoft and yourself have the number. I was very suspicious as they take you to a website called log me in rescue. they gave me this number to call, to confirm they are who they say they are. I phoned Microsoft and they said this was a scam. Microsoft never phone anyone like this.
