I asked them to tell me the address to which they claimed the debt was overdue on, but they couldn't. This number is clearly a scam stating taxes are owed & legal proceedings will be started. 1. The terminology (& robotic voice) is American. 2. HMRC will never phone you. They will message you to go to your on-line account.
