He sounded like he was from the Indian sub-continent, asked me if my postcode was correct and my phone number (which he had just rung) was correct, and whether I was between 18 and 75 yrs old. He then asked if our phone provider was British Telecom (which it isn't and I told him). He said that his organisation was 'Front Line Savers'.
