thois number called me today 21/07/17. I think it is a Birmingham nuber. It was a silent call when I answered they just hung up.
stated that i had a new Payee, request was created from an unrecognised device. then asked me to authorise or cancel the request via an email link

SCAM Automated message saying I have been put on a register as a criminal fraudster and the police are after me! Literally not smart enough to know how to commit fraud. Automated message is VERY aggressive and would be intimidating for anyone vulnerable. Hang up ASAP.
