Despite informing Vanquis that my financial affairs are being dealt with by a third party I continue to be harassed! I have come to the point of blocking any numbers I do not know. Interest on account has risen drastically and I no longer care, they can pee off. I was more than willing to come to an agreement but they are cowboys that think they can bully you into paying despite explaining circumstances have changed.
Called me today at 6:10 pm, so I 141'd and rang back later, there was just a recorded message saying they were "ANS Nationwide" and apparently didn't have an inbound call facility, but if it was important they said they'd ring back. Company does

Received a call from this number today asking me for my work ID number. Refused to provide as the person who did not identify himself when calling my private phone number. Asked from where he obtained my number got no answer. When calling back, person did not take call. Going back to base explained the incident to my manager, manager called this number from the office landline caller took the call and was still demanding the ID number said he will get it anyway and hung up.

This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, but the similar numbers are always marked as call centre - accident claims or surveys (market research). I picked up, said Hello and heard the familiar noise of a call centre with many voices in background and a single voice saying Hello, Hello. I didn't answer, put my phone down but left it connected, suffered the continuous high pitched noise until it stopped then checked number on this site. My hunch was correct! A nuisance call! So irritating!
