Automated voice stating a transfer had occurred on my Visa Mastercard of 700.00 & 900.00 Then stated to block the transfer press 1 I didn't press anything as thought was a scam and the call ended after a few seconds

This is the scam taking storm. Originally Located in MAHARASHTRA,Pune. Taking PPI claimers as prey. Offering to come round to your house with a check if you give them a small sum of money and UKash vouchers to claim the PPI compensation. NEWS FLASH you never receive the check. West Mercian Police will be informed. To knowledge West Yorkshire Police already know about this scamming system.
I have had a few calls from this number and the message is indistinct
Scammer tried to convince me I registered with them 10 years ago. I told him no and he insisted I needed his help, when I ask him to not call me ever again he became aggressive over the phone and was very rude, pathetic. It seems that he was the one that needed money desperately, such irony. Go get a real job, dumb cunt.

SCAM / SPAM This number is an Amazon Prime scam. An automated message said my account has been overcharged and they'd transfer me to a line manager. They transferred me to an Indian scam call Center.
