SCAM: I had trouble connecting Alexa to my 89 Yr old mum's Internet. I saw a website that looked genuine for Alexa Amazon. Foolishly I allowed them to have remote access. They pretended that my mum's Internet had a hidden virus. He remotely went to Amazon and pretended to be surprised when the cost of an Internet protection gadget came around £1000. That's when he offered that Alexa Amazon could do it for £249. He definitely had a script. I was unsure and asked for a phone number to call him back.

An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. I get a call at least twice a week and I m sure it s the same company as well but I ve never had ppi claim thing, but when you call the number back it says something about claiming a delayed holiday fight.
