Called from this number. When I answered there was an automated message stating that it was the inland revenue and that there has been some fraud in my name and I needed to press 1. I then hung up
SCAM - pretending to be Lloyds Bank
Pretends to be calling from various different companies, including Sky. One person was told that they had been issued with a refund from Sky, so, believing it to be true, they gave the caller their bank account number, and within minutes, over ?10,000 was withdrawn from their bank account! CALLS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER ARE DANGEROUS, BE WARNED!!!
