Claims to be BT technical suggesting they are cutting broadband services off for illegal activities, they can’t give the account name or number. Multiple calls this morning regarding this from other numbers too.
Number is for the "Energy Hub" when called back it has an automated female voice asking about insulation in your home. General nuisance unsolicited call that should be reported to Ofcom.
Annoying. Came up as a missed call, but the phone had not rung.

SCAM - scam baiters who bought Sky number ranges and are cold calling victims trying to claim to be the ISP. Tosser kept calling me "bro". I first asked him to confirm my IP address (dynamically allocated) and he gave me something he made up - that didn't have all 4 sets of numbers. Sky have been asked about this and aware of these scammers.
They called again and this time I got to the phone in time. He said something 'official sounding' about energy advice. And said loft insulation needed checking every two or three years. When I asked who he was, he ended the call.

SPAM - Didn't answer as I never do unless I am expecting it (Doctor's or School). They left a voicemail, talking in a very different language. Didn't sound english or even Indian for that matter.

SCAM He was called Paul, tried to tell my daughter who is 15 years old that she is in debt, when she didn't understand he started saying very vile disgusting inappropriate sexual degrading things to her. When she started to sound upset he shouted violent threats down the phone. Have got it recorded, so going to the police. Be very careful of this number.

Telephone call from 07830 379315 at 13:25 on 9 May, 2023. Caller said "hello" then hung up 8 seconds later. Suspect call to be scam or fraud. Advise block telephone number. Fraud, SPAM, SCAM.
This number has called twice now. Can't comment on who or what it is because my landline phone range once each time! No doubt it is some unsolicited spam or similar.
Rang me and was a silent call, always engaged when you call back. Looks like a new number obtained by scammers.

They just called me pretending to be from motability insurance asking about recent accident with my motability car. My car hasn’t been in an accident but is currently in for repair at the dealership following an RAC call out when my battery was flat and the car wouldn’t start. I don’t know how these scammers got my unlisted mobile number or even knew I have a motability car (which has a private plate on it). Someone has given them my personal information. Guy hung up when I was in mid sentence.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Just got a call from a so-called O2 representative with a clear Asian accent. They asked me to confirm my billing amount. As a precaution, I ended the call and decided to report this as a potential scam. Stay vigilant, folks!
Called today saying I had charges to my bank and they said press 1 if they were allowed or 2 if unauthorised.
