This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I answered this call against my better judgement and when I said Hello I got some breathing, some call center noise, and then they hung up. I imagine this was them testing to see if my number was being actively used, so now I'm bracing myself for more calls.
