Called today asking for personal details but couldn t confirm who they were (said they were EE but couldn t confirm this until I had given them my personal details first.) Had wrong details about myself

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Googled his number whilst he was on the line and numerous reports of him being a scammer and not E-on. I received an email from Amy Pearce who is a recruitment consultant for sb millers inviting me to work for them. I Was immediately suspicious and a check on Google confirmed my suspicions.
