A guy with a strong eastern accent, called Jason, phoned me claiming to be from BT, claiming that my Internet address had become visible to everyone and that people would try to scam me. He wanted me to open Google but I said I couldn't. It felt like a scam of some sort.
I received a call which disconnected when I answered. I dialled back, there was an unusual ringtone before it disconnected. Appears to be some kind of spam.
SCAM. Supposedly from "Carnmoney warehouse" phonet barely can speak English, and when I asked a question he didn't even understand. When googled number, it appeared as "Radisons Dry Cleaning" , so clearly a scam, using fake phone numbers.
This is some kind of lottery scam. 10 free tickets for £40 a month there after. Never heard of them before.

Alleged call from 'customer services' asking me a bucket load of questions, when I asked what the purpose of the call was they got really shirty and said I needed to let them explain, I asked them to call me later as I was trying to sort my kids out and they just hung up.

TOTAL SCAM FRAUD, telling me 2 transactions were made on my visa mastercard account (which I do not have) for £700 and £900 and to press 1 after the tone. I checked my actual bank accounts and are all OK.

This was a scammer who pretended to be from BT talking about illegal access to your broadband.!! That's rich!! Hacked my bank account and Amazon a/c. It took ages-up to 5 days to clear this mess up and it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. If someone had asked me last night if the death penalty was appropriate for scammers, I would have agreed. SCAM Automated call on 10/7/23 at about 10am. Message said from Barclays fraud dept, payment of £800 pound to American on-line gambling noticed on visa account, press button 1 if not me.
