callcentre background noise, called about a car accident. I asked how they got my details, they said from "insurance". I asked which insurance company and was told to "shut up" before they hung up. Dialled 1471 and get the number, tried to call it back and get engaged tone

Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. Have had a few calls from this number now. Most recent one when he asked if he could speak to me by name I replied "no you can t" and he hung up. The number he called has never been listed, is never given out to anybody but family or very close friends and is registered with tps so how do these people get a number like this to be associated with a name?

They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.

5.55 on a Sunday evening. Really?! They have called multiple times and like many others have stated, will not remove you from their call lists despite asking them to. Ready to royally lose it with them......

Because they want to be able to ring you again and again. They want to speak to a person not a machine. Its how this all works. And this is an energy company that is persistent!

Very agressive and rude, will not take me off their calling list !!

Phoned and asked for MD by his first name, totally annoying that they think they are buddies and don t have to use the last name. When asked for full name they do have it so why not use it in the first place. Trying to find out insurance renewal date, politely told them that we are not willing to discuss.

I was unable to answer the call, as I was on a video call, but this number seems to have become highly active this morning (10/11/2021), and has been labelled as a scam call on other number look-up sites.
