Called me a total of three times. I missed the first, a couple hours later they rang again and it was an Indian man claiming to be from CarphoneWarehouse. I hung up and they tried to ring again but I didn’t pick up.

Which i understand to be against the law to do un the UK. I demanded to know where she got my details from. She said it was from the.. P.. Somethinf data base company.. So probabky paid for it.... I was advise to reach out to [email protected] for funds recovery but i never did at first cause i taught he was also a scam, after i tried to search for personal hackers who turns out to be scam then i decided to give a try and contact wizard Harry, he responded to me without asking for money initially, he looked into my case and then inform me how it can be done, so i gave him a go-ahead and he got my funds back. You can contact him today for funds recovery and any other hacking job

SCAM Called our business stating Visa Verification services and we had 2 transactions one for Amazon for £300.00 and 1 for Western Union for £1100.00 then asked me to press 1. Be careful out there and put the phone down and report the number.
Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?

The guy introduced himself Peter Jones calling from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd. trying to sell personal loan. it was suspicious. checked with FCA, I've been told that they are impersonating businesses and personal names. Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company and they are only mortgage broker not selling or offering personal loans. beware this landline number is a scam. personal loan only offered by banks directly.
Yet another domestic appliance cover scam! Asian woman, Emma, calling to say my payments were being reduced as I was a good customer. Joke, not a customer.! Time these scammers were stopped!
