SPAM call. Keep getting them from same number but with different last 2 digits. Loft insulation, double glazing, etc etc n slam phone down when you ask them to stop calling, then they ring again straight away!!!

SCAM. Legit No. Obviously spoofed and being used by a bank scammer. Call opens with the 'Your account has been debited £X thousand' gambit. THE LEGITIMATE OWNER OF THE PHONE NUMBER IS NOT INVOLVED IN SCAMMING.

He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. I have had a call from this number as I do not know it I let the answering machine get it, as soon as the announcement started the caller hung up. When I dialled the number back using 141 to block my own number the call was not picked up. I suspect a call centre of some form possibly phishing. Also had a missed call from 02089022724 which I assume is the same outfit. If genuine reason for call, why not leave a message?
