Called and hung up
Said from BT calling about increase in charges. Said wanted to go through our contract to ensure we were getting best deal. Told him I had just renewed it so got best deal. Kept on that it would increase in price in Sept. Asked for email notification of the new offer but gave an excuse. Told him to ring tomorrow when I had checked our contract + then blocked the number.
