Automated call claiming to be from you bank - said that they had 2 suspicious transactions on my account and to press 1 to speak to their team. I checked my account whilst on the phone and nothing showing up - so this is blatantly a phishing scam under the guise of your bank... beware

I have been plagued by similar calls in recent times, and as my landline is quite new, only a handful of people actually have been given this number, therefore any unsolicited calls are clearly SCAMS

This is a scam. they try to get you to invest. they never give up and will use different numbers all over England. Each person who calls you is of Indian origins. Got a call relating to a credit card payment from my account, I think it's some kind of a scam because my credit card provider has never called me to confirm a payment from my account.

Twice when I picked up the phone the line went dead. The third time, a lady said something which included the words "Tax refund" but, despite asking her to repeat herself several times, I could not make out anything else she said as she had a very strong foreign accent. So I blocked the number.

I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.
