Today someone rang from "Department of Claims", about a premium bank account and was asking for personal information that could be used for identity fraud. Avoid!!

I was called just now by a woman with an Indian accent saying she was from Openreach and that she believed I should be getting download speeds of over 40mbs. She asked me to do a speed test which I did and got 19mbs. I asked how I would know she was genuinely from Openreach. She handed me over to her supervisor.
