Says its from Amazon but its 07562840765 if they call one day the next day its the same first four numbers just the last digits change totally fed up especially when they call at 1 am in the morning
I have just received a call from this number from someone saying they were from vodaphone and that I was to be offered a new handset. I did not listen to the rest of the story as i suspect it was a scam. I cut the call and checked the number immediately. It appears not to be listed as a scam number but beware.

Fraud - automated call saying it was my bank (didn't say which bank!!!) detailed two transactions it said was made this morning one to Amazon and one a transfer abroad. Asked me to press 1 to cancel transactions or 2 to authorize. I'm guessing that this would then take me to a premium line number or someone asking for my details. I just hung up of course. The scary thing is that it showed as coming from a local dialing code or I wouldn't have answered it.

I have never had Prime and I know that Amazon would not contact me in this manner. strange unsolicited call from number belonging to: 'W A Read & Sons Ltd' Upon answer there was no reply and the phone put down. I called them several times over and got redirected to voicemail until they eventually gave up and answered. Lady picked up and I asked "What do you want"? No response and phone was put down. This happened two more times. They then disconnected the phone it seems.
