When asked for full name they do have it so why not use it in the first place. Trying to find out insurance renewal date, politely told them that we are not willing to discuss.

Based on the above i didn't even answer my mobile rang today. It shows as being in Girvan Ayreshire, however it probably goes through several exchanges both here and abroad...
