I have never had Prime and I know that Amazon would not contact me in this manner. SCAM, called from a different number first saying he is calling from curry’s pc world and offering mobile phone upgrade at very cheap price. I suspected fraud, so asked for the company details so I can check and call back . Was given this number. When I called ,instead of going through switch board options, someone answered straight away saying “ curry’s mobile phone company, how can I help?” I knew straight away it was a scam, a few fraudsters working together pretending to be a company.

After I blocked the number it changed again to 07808 582578. This is clearly a scam number and very dangerous.

Fraud - claimed to be VirginMedia. Claimed "illegal activity on line". threatened to cut off line. refused to confirm account details. became abusive when challenged.
Fraud: This UK Vodafone mobile number is being used by fraudsters who are targeting people to pay a deposit for an apartment which does not exist. The paid money then goes into a fraudulently opened bank account. It can be evidenced that they also steal peoples identities to open bank accounts and to advertise apartments to rent as described above.
Felt its a scammy company.
