Just been called by this number claiming to be from Amazon, obvious scam.

I have a car for sale and someone called me saying he would be interested in the car, after I said it was no longer for sale, he started threatening me to pay him 100 pounds for the gas and the trouble. I want to clarify that I had just given him the 5 minute postcode and he should have come to see the car in about 5 hours when I was free.

Someone from this number attempted to defraud me by pretending to be a relative needing cash to repay a debt.

Previous callers have been from so called Double glazing, green energy and investment companies. The last few were from FX MORGAN CAPITAL who also call from a plethora of mobile numbers- too many to list. The FCA and my bank, after an investigation with fraud squad, have said its a scam company. SCAM, called from a different number first saying he is calling from curry’s pc world and offering mobile phone upgrade at very cheap price. I suspected fraud, so asked for the company details so I can check and call back . Was given this number. When I called ,instead of going through switch board options, someone answered straight away saying “ curry’s mobile phone company, how can I help?” I knew straight away it was a scam, a few fraudsters working together pretending to be a company.

Fraud: This UK Vodafone mobile number is being used by fraudsters who are targeting people to pay a deposit for an apartment which does not exist. The paid money then goes into a fraudulently opened bank account. It can be evidenced that they also steal peoples identities to open bank accounts and to advertise apartments to rent as described above.

Foreigh accent, claimed that an investment I had made (I haven't!) in a company (that I've never heard of) has made profit and he can help get me the money. Told him this was obviously a scam so he said "Why you think so?". I told him because I'm not an idiot and he obviously is to think I'd fall for it, then hung up. Blocked.

Internet? claims to be from BT saying a problem with my internet. I thanked her politely and said my internet is working fine, then I rang off. It didn’t sound like a call centre as was quiet in the background - I don’t believe this was a genuine call from BT

Fraud This has been confirmed by my bank as a phishing scam. An automated female voice told me that 600 pounds had been taken from my account from abroad! I HAVE BLOCKED IT!

00918045708684 called 30 May 23 at 10:38hours. Female voice advised that my "visa account had been debited £1xxxx from a gambling ??? in California, press 1 to talk to our ???. or 2 to authorise payment ", hung on for a short while to hear if anything followed..... nothing so hung up.
