May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. Phoned back this missed call - didn’t even ring - just cut out so I would guess this is a dodgy number
Known scam 0845 and 0843 numbers call for a second or two. They rely on you to call back as the number looks official. You are then played a recorded message that is designed to keep you on the line as the call is charged at over a £1 per minute. So you end up paying for the scam and your phone company probably won't help as you made the call willingly.

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey.
