This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Since today I have collected reports from this number from: Cancer Research UK, ATL (a teachers union), VSO charity, Paydayloans (check them at http://www.epaydayloansover12months.co.uk/),NSPPC - check them at http://www.nspcc.org.uk/ ... So the usage alternates, you decide if answering it is worthy...
