SPAM: Robo call - cannot be called back, hangs up instantly - first instance 15:50 08/03/22

Accident

SCAM. A computer voice saying I have been sent a letter from HMIC.

Received call today showing this number, 01900 632310, on my phone. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message on my answering machine. After the call ended the number changed to 00632310. After I blocked the number it changed again to 07808 582578. This is clearly a scam number and very dangerous.

Reported to o2 and national cyber crime unit, case opened as it is a uk number so they’ll be able to take action. Website linked in the message (https://postoffice-redelivery-depot.com/ ) is a known malware site and is blacklisted by McAfee, details here: https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/postoffice-redelivery-depot.com

Missed call, called back to an automated message from "Stop Debt" more than likely a scam as phone number isn't listed.

This appeared to be a local number - but when answered I heard a recorded message from 'Amazon Prime' regarding my non existent subscription - so this number is a scam line

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise! Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand. Asked for my full name, which I queried as he was supposed to have my account records. However, not giving anything away, I did so but he misspelled everything. SCAM called to day at 0801 Tuesday morning Said that my internet was being used illegally and internet would be disconnected and to press 1 or 2 for more info. Pressed 1. Another male anserwed and asked why I was phoning. , Isaid Iwas told to call because my internet was being used illegally. He then asked me to go to my computer. I asked who are you and what is this about. He hung up.. I realised it was a scam

When teh caller was challenged it was responded to by a possible African accented woman stating "I am your mother bitch!". The caller attempted to call again some minutes later. The call was not answered.

Purported to be from ‘visa’ and had held a £100 payment on my card as it was for on line gambolling in the USA and seemed suspicious. Asked you to speak to an operative to get the payment removed from your account. Obvious criminal intent!

Fraud Automated call allegedly from Amazon Prime saying contract is renewing for another year. Wants you to press 1 to be transferred to someone if you want to cancel, most likely to get banking and name and address info.

SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. Possible FRAUD and SCAM - AVOID
