SPAM Consecutive calls, doesn't give you the chance to answer as only rings once, unable to call the number back. Blocked but they will try again using a slight variance of the number, very annoying and intrusive as its every day.

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Believe this to be a scam. They will hang up and leave no message. Several minutes later you will recieve a SMS to say you have a voicemail and to call 22299. This is not my normal voicemail number they have no message.

TAXES / HMRC - Claiming to be investigating my criminal tax evasion case..
FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change
