Scam. Claimed to be from SKY. English not their first language. Tone was polite then turned quite aggressive when I said I don’t even have sky (I do just testing them!) said they must help me with my technical issues. Fraud The claimed to be from my home appliance cover. They tried to get my bank details (even though we are on direct debit so the real provider would already have it). When challenged they called back several times getting more condescending each time. We then phoned our actual cover provider and they confirmed it was a scam call. DANGEROUS.

Threatening phone call re a “non existent” outstanding balance on a television contract. After hanging up on them they immediately rang me back with a very aggressive attitude. Refused to accept that I don’t have such a thing and they responded by saying they would be withdrawing £400 from my credit card. I have alerted my credit card company that this has happened and hopefully it goes no further.
