very noisy call centre. usual patter, how are you today etc claptrap.. said they are offering incentives in my area, they are asking about life planning, at that point I cut them off. had a call from this number today the person on the other end was asking to speak to a person giving the name and that person don't live here when I said this to them they asked again and I said the same no one lives here of that name she then started getting abusive and said why are you lying why are you lying if you don't want my service just say so and then hung up. I don't even know what she was selling I asked her name and company and she wouldn't tell me

As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!
