I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.

He advised he was cancelling my debit card, and could not send me a new one without those details, and that a fraudulent purchase had been made with my card. SCAM called from this number telling me that someone was trying to use my visa card online for a charge of £900 and asking me to press 1 to call them and confirm it wasn't me. Didn't call them but rang visa and they confirmed it was a scam. I think if you hit one they ring you back and scam you for your details then rip you off !
