Man with strong Indian accent calling himself "Daniel", claiming to be calling from "Microsoft Encarta" and saying that hackers had infected my PC, so he'd need access to it. A complete criminal scam. I told him I needed to go and get my computer, then left him waiting for ages until he eventually hung up. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.

They're weird, rings our office 3/4 times a week and no one speaks. We don't recognise the number and its not a local code. They don't say anything just hang up after about 5 seconds.
‘This call is from HM Customs & Excise regarding non payment of tax. You will be prosecuted blah blah blah’. Then invited to press 1 to speak to an operator, press 2 for payment. Could be worrying if you’re unaware of the scam. I just disconnected.

This is a cold caller first thing in the morning, asking what i had in my loft. Denied being a cold caller or nuisance caller. Saying i would benefit from this call. Which i understand to be against the law to do un the UK. I demanded to know where she got my details from. She said it was from the.. P.. Somethinf data base company.. So probabky paid for it.... SCAM visa has had 2 big debits on account. Speak to "advisor" if you want to cancel. Scammers who i kept stringing along so it meant they couldn't scam somebody else while listen to my made up name and account info.

Fraud obtained my ex directory phone number by illegal means, tried to tell me he had everyone's number which is a lie because I have not given this company permission to contact me.
Called @ 14.25 on 06/02/2023. Asian/Indian voice claiming to be from 'Traffic Management Services'. Call is purporting to be able to help with an accident within the last 2 years. I haven't had an accident in over 15 years. Told caller to cancel the call for the above reason.

SCAM claimed to be debt solution company. Told them I didn’t need that and they hung up before I could finish asking why their ringing me off a mobile number, Report on other page have them saying they are tracking misplaced Amazon purchases. Do not give your details to this number

Called today, computer generated message from visa debit, saying someone was trying to do a £900 grocery shop - good luck with that!
Got called twice by this number, the first was ignored, however 6 hours later I received a call from the same number. Answered by “hello” an automated Beep activated and a robotic “goodbye” came along and the call disconnected. No idea what it means, I suppose a potentially scam or fraud number.

This number called purporting to be from my bank. It is in fact listed as Russian! I can only assume the b******s want to surrender!
This is a scam about you owing money to the inland revenue of which you dont . This Scam has been doing the rounds for some years now . So be careful .
