I asked them to put the information in the post, they declined saying they don’t use the post. I then said we’ll send me an email and if you are HMRC you will have my email address. Purporting to be from “Bank Security”, regarding unauthorised transactions. Select option 1 if I authorised 2 high cost transactions, press 2 to speak to customer support, who spoke with a strong accent, asking me for personal details. I hung up.
