Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. Keep getting calls from this number to my mobile, no message is left. Don't know who it is so I think it is intrusive

I initially ignored their calls but I am glad I answered a call in the end. They helped me locate an old workplace pension that I had two decades ago. I hadn t given the pension much thought since I left the job. I couldn t of afforded hundreds of pounds to pay a financial advisor so they really helped me out. I do understand people being annoyed about the cold calling though.

Calling this number back (anonymously)reveals that it is an automated dialler. The recorded message says that you can block future calls. I will not try!!

This call was supposed to be from Amazon telling me I had ordered something for 399 pounds.I get these calls nearly every day why don t the police get after these scammers.
