Scammers have found yet another number to use. This one told me that the cover on my washing machine had expired - I have no such insurance, warranty or guarantee. Caller had my name and address despite being registered with TPS. Another crook and clearly a scam.

This number text me to say my Vodafone bill could not be taken. Funny as this number is EE number and my bill came out of my bank a few days ago as per my DD instructions with Vida phone. Under no circumstances press the link THIS IS A SCAM.

SCAM not Not answer as it then programs your number into the system and you will get charged every time they call you. I have bloced the number as I called it from a prepaid sim card that I keep in an old phone for just this purpose. It is a phone number verification call.

The users of these numbers are very difficult to understand. I only understood anything because booking number, but that was about it. I said several times that you should call me only if you can speak properly and normally. But so far nothing.

They got me some money back and I was very happy with the service they provided. Excellent team of people. All hard working and lovely to speak to. Got ?6,000 back and I was very happy!! "Isaac" of "Pearl Advice Services" re "accident". Said he was in Birmingham. When I challenged him on saying he was in Birmingham but the number is in Maidenhead, he hung up. On calling back, I got a "number not recognised" message. Clearly false. Now blocked it.
