This is Vanquis Bank. My credit card went £20 over the limit, I agreed a repayment, within 24 hours, I was overdrawn by £212.16. Now I get at least 12 calls per day from different numbers, so rather than speak to them, I ve resorted to ignoring and blocking, I am also changing my number.
Called twice but left no message. When I phoned back it said number not recognised. Time wasting tossers.
