This was the number that called me back after responding to a search on Google for an emergency plumber. The booking for a call out was £50 to start with and then there would be charge for the work done. By the time the plumber arrived a friend had resolved the problem and he was not needed. He still insisted on doing something and then charged £220! When we challenged they reduced it to £150. I advised that this was a total rip off! Do not use 24/7 Emergency Services!

They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. 100% trustworthy because no-one has said otherwise yet????? Thats hardly a way to grade something. Maybe its 100% Scam but no-one has said otherwise. Other websites say its Indian call centres asking for details claim to be EE or o2 or Virgin so that doesnt sound very authentic does it - and if you havent asked for Indian call centres to call you its spam and a likely fraud

Called regarding our website domain, called himself Luke from PDM. Asked to speak to whoever set up the domain, told him that it was set up a long time ago and I wasn't sure but that I could help. He ignored that and asked to speak to the MD, I advised him I wouldn't pass him through to the MD for such a query and that I could help at which point he hung up. At best a rude salesperson, at worse a scam. I can't find any information relating to them online so most likely the latter, best to avoid.
