Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I was rudely spoken to when I was understandably annoyed and the person on the other end of the phone even rang my phone back just to get me to pass the phone to the collector with me, to ask him to leave as they weren t offeri

Perfectly trustworthy -- these people call when your policy is about to expire. They leave you alone the rest of the time.

This number calls MANY times a day. Quite clearly it is an automated call as there is never at the other end!

Automated call says you are a prize winner £250 Premium rate number if you complete some questions.

Untrustworthy scale - 10! Computer scam! Have been called at least five times in as many days. Different person each time (one time a woman, the rest were men). Some VERY aggressive. Have told them in no uncertain terms (!) that I know it is a scam and that they are NOT calling from Microsoft and requested they never call my number again. This Indian sounding gentleman says he works for the Ministry of Justice in London & is the senior accounts manager working with a company called money saving expert to recover PPI insurances on loans & mortgages. For an up front cash fee(?290 or ?615) payable via Western Union, to India, he will arrange transfer of funds to you which amount to 10 s of thousands of pounds. Once the cash fee is paid another Indian sounding gentleman phones to get the Western Union transfer number(MCTN)& tells you everything

TPS is useless against these calls which calls use spoofed numbers and originate outside the UK. Just block the number if you have the facility.

Call from a local IT Company regarding computer repair

Rang, said nothing, then hung up. Possible malicious caller???

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

Unfamiliar number, but turned out to be hotel I'm staying at!

These numbers are provided by "reputable"service providers and are used (mostly) by independent marketeers on commission from large companies (e.g. BT, Sky, British Gas, etc.) to push products. I do NOT understand why TPS, ICO, or anyone else seems to give a proverbial **** about the nuisance these people are when you have taken every precaution to avoid them.
