Very insistent woman claiming that I am due a payment because a 3rd party has admitted fault in a car accident in the past 12 months and I am due my excess back. Did not pursue the call but she effectively wanted me to complete a form over the phone and unwilling to send details in the post or elaborate on any information they hold about me. A PCP claims company that lies, he stated I filled out a contact form online and gave me the time and date, however, my browser shows no browsing activities. My number is also on the TPS register. These cowboys are so poor that they use a Hotmail email address. He called me a f*cking id*ot as he hung up when I exposed his illegal activities. Recorded message about a charge on my paypal account and to press 1 to cancel. I pressed 1 to wind them up and she asked me if I wanted to cancel it. When I said yes she probably reconised my voice from other calls and hung up on me.

Offered me a 45% discount on my bill for 2 years with no catches??? Spoke in an Indian accent, very fast, so not easy to understand.
