SCAM of some description - avoid.

Fraud, recorded message, something about card transactions with Amazon for £300 and another international one for £1,300, asking you to press 1 to allow these to go ahead. This is in my view very dangerous.

User of this number blackmailing me and many more person from Facebook

Fraud Was chatting with someone online who gave me this number. Claimed she was 20 years old. Then she sent a nude pic of herself, then told me she's 17, but 18 next month. So I called a halt and said sharing pics with anyone under 18 is illegal, let's leave it here. I was called from 01733385646 and because I come from Peterborough I answered it. It was an automated voice stating that there had been a number of charges made against a card, going on to say that one was for Amazon. They were so obviously not from any bank as they did not say which bank, card, etc., Therefore I just put the phone down. When I tried to call the number back it went dead as if not recognised. Thus I conclude that this could be a scam!

Claiming to be from Microsoft to say they have detected hacking on a computer, which is not switched on (not plugged in to a power supply). He threaten to cancel the Microsoft Licence Number saying - that Microsoft would not support the product and the computer could no longer be used!

Pretending to call on behalf of the DVLA. Wanting to know if I owned a diesel car in return for compensation. I didnt confirm. Knew my first name. Got aggressive and refused to remove my details from the database. Threatened me with more calls. Blocked and reported.

SCAM Automated call on 10/7/23 at about 10am. Message said from Barclays fraud dept, payment of £800 pound to American on-line gambling noticed on visa account, press button 1 if not me. Thought it was a scam as bank wouldn't send automated call, phoned bank on their known number, bank said not on my visa account scam.
